We operate on a 100% prepayment basis. Your order will be dispatched only after the full amount has been successfully received into our account.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

 

We offer reliable shipping both within Ukraine and internationally.

Our main carriers are:

• Nova Poshta (Нова Пошта): Available for delivery to parcel lockers, branches, or by courier across Ukraine.

• Ukrposhta (Укрпошта): Available for nationwide deliveries within Ukraine and for international shipping.

 

3. Shipping within Ukraine

 

Condition	Details
Free Shipping	We provide free delivery within Ukraine for all orders totaling 3000 UAH or more.
Standard Shipping	For orders below 3000 UAH, the shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs and is paid by the customer.
Delivery Time	Typically 1–3 business days (depending on the carrier and region).

 

4. International Shipping

 

We send orders to all countries worldwide, with the exception of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

• Shipping Cost: The cost of international postage is calculated individually based on the tariffs of the chosen carrier (Nova Poshta Global or Ukrposhta).

• Confirmation: After placing your order, our manager will contact you to agree on the optimal method and confirm the exact shipping cost.

• Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday following the confirmation of 100% prepayment.
