1. Exchange and Return of Goods of Proper Quality (Non-Defective)

 

You have the right to exchange or return a non-defective product within 30 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used and shows no signs of wear or use.

  • The original commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and original packaging are preserved.

  • The settlement document (receipt, invoice) is retained.

Procedure: To arrange an exchange or return, you must contact our manager via the phone number or email provided in the "Contact Us" section. The costs associated with shipping the product for exchange or return are borne by the customer.

 

2. Warranty and Return of Defective Goods (Improper Quality)

 

If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or damage:

  • We guarantee either an exchange for a quality product or a full refund of the purchase price.

  • To initiate this process, please document the defect by sending photos or videos to our email address.

  • If the defect is confirmed, the costs for returning the item are covered by our store.
